When an enquiry develops into a real estate mediation process, Everyonelooks – Real Estate, Lda. processes the data within its own mediation activity and legal obligations, and is the controller for that processing. Nothing in this policy assigns to Kristine Teterovska legal responsibilities that belong to the agency, or the other way round.

Only the data you choose to share: name, email, phone, preferred contact language, type of interest (buying, selling, valuation, investment or relocating to Portugal), indicative budget where applicable, financing situation where applicable, and the content of your message.

You may contact us without providing a budget or financing situation — those fields are optional and only appear for buying or investment enquiries.

Data is actively provided by you: through the website contact form, which prepares a message and opens it in WhatsApp; through conversations started from the WhatsApp buttons; or when you write by email or call.

The website uses no automatic subscription forms and does not buy or import contact lists.

Replying to enquiries and contact requests; presenting properties and opportunities matching the profile you describe; supporting buying, selling, valuation, investment or relocation processes; and complying with legal obligations applicable to real estate activity.

Promotional communications are only sent where there is an adequate legal basis, in particular your consent where required. You may object at any time.

When you request information about a property, your data is used to identify suitable properties, arrange viewings and answer your questions. This may require sharing your contact details with EVERYONELOOKS or with the colleague responsible for the property concerned.

These enquiries may involve additional data you choose to share, such as indicative budget, financing situation, desired property type or expected relocation timeline.

Kristine Teterovska does not carry out credit intermediation and does not provide financial advice. Your financing situation is used solely to tailor the property search and, if you wish, to point you towards independent professionals.

The contact form on this website does not send data to any database or server. The fields are validated in your browser and used only to compose a text message that is opened in the WhatsApp application, so that you decide whether to send it.

This means that if you do not complete the send in WhatsApp, the content you typed never reaches Kristine and is not stored by this website. There is currently no backend, database or email service recording the form content before sending.

The message is sent within the WhatsApp application or website, operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. From that moment the conversation is also subject to WhatsApp's terms and privacy policy, which processes account data and communication metadata independently.

Exchanged messages remain in Kristine's WhatsApp conversation history, on the device used, for as long as needed to follow up on the enquiry.

Data may be shared with Everyonelooks – Real Estate, Lda., the agency the consultant is associated with, whenever the enquiry requires processing through the agency.

Technically necessary providers are also involved, namely the hosting and infrastructure of this website, WhatsApp for the communication itself, and the email provider used. We do not sell personal data and do not disclose it for third-party advertising purposes.

Data may also be disclosed to public authorities where legally required.

Data is kept only for the period necessary for the purposes of the contact and, where applicable, to comply with legal obligations and defend legal claims. Once that need ends, the data is deleted.

The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to conversations and email is protected by credentials and by the security mechanisms of the respective devices and platforms. No system is entirely risk-free, but technical and organisational measures appropriate to the volume and nature of the data are applied.

Some technically necessary providers, such as WhatsApp/Meta and infrastructure services, may process data outside the European Economic Area. In those cases transfers rely on the mechanisms foreseen in the GDPR, namely adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, portability (where applicable) and the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
